Emraan Hashmi is so eager about his forthcoming film Tum Mile that he ended up messing up all the hard work done by the film’s marketing team. The filmmakers were supposed to unveil the first look of the film along with the music release at a grand event on September 16 but Emraan has already unveiled the first look on Twitter.

An upset Kunal Deshmukh said, “An actor has to be responsible about what he is doing. What Emraan did for his personal publicity or for his fans was just not needed.”

Commenting on the exclusivity of the forthcoming event, Kunal added, “We had an entire marketing plan to release these unique visuals on the September 16 so that it grabs media attention. Otherwise it would be just another music release party where media persons watch songs, meet people, party and leave. We didn’t allow anyone to come on the sets throughout the making of the film. We only released Emraan and Soha’s look in the film and not of the 26/7 floods, which the film is based on. I will speak to the Bhatts (producers) and the music company will speak to Emraan.”

Emraan Hashmi confirmed the news but seemed clueless about the exclusivity of the visuals. “I didn’t know that these pictures were part of the promotional activities when I put them up on Twitter. Kunal sounded quite upset about it. I am not aware if they have cancelled the event. I will meet KD and solve the issue today. Making such a fuss is unnecessary,” said Emraan.

After Bandit Queen, Seema Biswas exposes her entire back in forthcoming film, Tomorrow

Seema Biswas

After her controversial nude sequence in Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen, Seema Biswas will once again go topless in Amjad Khan’s film, Tomorrow, which is based on people from the underworld. Seema Biswas has shot for a vital sequence in which her entire body from the back has been shown explicitly.

Amjad Khan, director of the film, said, “Yes, this scene was a high-charged emotional scene where the cops are following a character called Kaalia played by Raj Arjun.

He hides behind Seema and when the cops reach them, they think that Seema is making love with someone else. They get embarrassed and leave because of which Kaalia gets saved.”

Commenting on Seema’s opinion on the scene, Amjad Khan said, “The script demanded this scene. Although Seemaji was not ready initially, she did realise the importance of the sequence eventually.

We managed to convince her and she had the confidence that the scene will be shot aesthetically. We shot it in a studio in Mumbai and no one was allowed on the sets. We could not show the frontal nudity as we did not want to run in to trouble with the censors. So we clearly showed her entire back.”
